Puketāpapa Kite Day 2018

This was a freelance video project commissioned by Fresh Concept.

Kites, kai, kids, and karakia atop Mount Roskill.

The summit of Pukewīwī / Puketāpapa / Mount Roskill closes to motor traffic for one day, welcoming the community back to the traditions of the storied maunga. With a focus on the skies above Winstone Park, kites of all sizes fill the skyline while performance, workshops, and free activities lead by community organisations keep the crowds engaged.

I documented the day, and made a video edit for external promotion.
